Feastudy 6.0 Professional is the industry standard software tool for developers, investors and valuers for investigating:

Feastudy 6.0 Lite is an industry standard software tool for developers and valuers for investigating:

Feastudy 6.0 Professional and Lite versions can quickly, accurately and comprehensively calculate and display forecast profit and loss statements (including margin and internal rate of return information) monthly cashflows, sensitivity analysis tables for variations in critical variables (such as construction cost and interest rates) and inputs detail reports for all types of development proposals.

Graphs for development proposals are also available for viewing on-screen and printing to paper.

Comprehensive financial information for an investment proposal is given in similar types of reports in Feastudy 6.0 Professional, taking into account the investor's borrowing interest rate, equity, marginal tax rate, negative gearing, depreciation on building, plant and equipment, capital gains tax, rental escalation, etc.

When the user enters his or her required IRR and/or margin criteria, after all other relevant variables have been entered, both versions of Feastudy 6.0 can be used to help determine the residual value of a development site for a particular development proposal and Feastudy 6.0 Professional can also be used to determine the residual investment value for an investment proposal.

Feastudy 6.0 Professional also provides the following features, which are not included in Feastudy 6.0 Lite:

Feastudy 6.0 Professional's GST & Taxes Features

  • A GST rate can be entered which applies to specific costs and incomes for development and investment proposals and residual land or investment value calculations. (The default GST rate is 10%).
  • GST input tax credits on costs and GST debits on income for developments and investments are calculated and displayed in the upgraded Cashflow Report; and summaries of GST amounts appear in the Forecast Profit & Loss Statements and in the new GST Summary Report.
  • The current Capital Gains Tax formula for dealing with investment properties purchased after the 21st September 1999 has been incorporated into the program, enabling accurate and up-to-date feasibility return calculations.
  • Databases for Australian capital cities' property rates and taxes scales have been incorporated into the program for the financial year 2009-2010 and these scales can be edited as the scales change.
